Jane Frazee has been enjoying all that Whistler has to offer for the past 30 years. Working with purchasers and sellers as their exclusive agent, Jane's negotiating and business savvy earned from the 10 years of running her own multimillion-dollar manufacturing business will ensure that your real estate transactions are handled efficiently and effectively as possible. Having learned the business of real estate in West Vancouver's high-end market, Jane has had many years experience dealing with sophisticated investors from all over the world. Jane graduated from Simon Fraser University in 1982 with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and Communications. She was awarded the SFU Alumnae Achievers Award for Business Excellence in 1989 and in 1991 she won the Top Business Achievers Award under 40. She received her BC Real Estate Sales License in 1996 and held the record for the highest residential real estate sale in Western Canada for 2 years and Whistler for 4 years from 2001 to 2005 with the sale of Chateau du Lac, which sold for $10,000,000.
LONNE CLARK
Lonne Clark

Lonne Clark has been a licensed Realtor in Whistler since 2004. Prior to that Lonne owned and operated a very successful Vancouver based Management Consulting company. Her experience as a business consultant has demonstrated itself as invaluable to both her buying and selling clients. Having lived in Whistler and Pemberton, Lonne is able to help her clients zero in on the best properties within the Sea to Sky Corridor. Lonne is a graduate of the BCIT Computer Management Systems Program, and subsequently the UBC Sales & Marketing Executive program. Lonne has always had a focus on continuing education and through her 15 year consulting career continued to take many different business courses, and is now continuing to do so, but with a focus on courses relevant to her career as a Realtor. In addition to Lonnes' Real Estate and Consulting work, she is an active volunteer, most notably working as a Director for A CHANCE FOR KIDS.
THE WHISTLER CONNECTION
Ron's, Jane's and Lonne's connection with Whistler started in their youths. Growing up in Greater Vancouver in ski families, these three were either recreational skiing, competing, coaching or teaching skiing as young adults, it was only a matter of time before Whistler became part of their lifestyles. Their hands-on experience with Whistler started in the 1970's with their passion for skiing, their love and appreciation for the area has grown ever since. Today, they are enjoying with their families, one of the most spectacular resort communities in the world. In 2007, this team of three, were the TOP PERFORMERS in the Sutton Whistler office.
